Share & Win Premium — Official Rules

The “Share & Win Premium” promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered solely by ZikVid, Inc. (“Moar Nation,” the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor sets, funds, and awards all rewards and is solely responsible for handling all participant questions, claims, and disputes relating to the Promotion.

The creator or owner of any series for which the Promotion is enabled is not a sponsor or administrator of the Promotion, does not fund or award any reward, and has no responsibility or liability to any participant in connection with the Promotion.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

The Promotion is open only to registered Moar Nation account holders who meet the age and eligibility requirements of the Moar Nation Terms of Service. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Sponsor, and the creator and affiliates of the series for which the Promotion is enabled, are not eligible to win for that series. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Promotion runs in recurring periods (weekly, monthly, or yearly) as configured by the series. At the end of each period the leaderboard resets, winners for that period are determined, and a new period begins. The Sponsor may change the reset cycle or end the Promotion at any time as described in Section 9.

Generate your personal referral link for a participating series from that series’ funding card and share it. Each qualifying visit to your referral link is recorded and counts toward your position on that series’ Top Fans leaderboard. The Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, whether a visit is qualifying.

Winners are the participants holding the highest leaderboard positions for a series when a period resets, up to the number of winners configured for that series. Rankings are based on qualifying referral activity generated by the participant’s own promotional efforts. In the event of a tie, the participant who reached the score first will rank higher.

Each winner receives premium access to the applicable series for a period determined by the Sponsor. The approximate retail value of each prize is TODO. Premium access has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or substituted.

Premium access awarded through the Promotion is a limited, revocable license and is subject to the Moar Nation Terms of Service, including the provisions permitting Moar Nation to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform, the premium tier, or any series at any time. If premium access ends for any of those reasons, no refund, credit, or other compensation will be issued.

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes that may apply to a prize.

Automated traffic, self-referral, paid or incentivized traffic, use of bots or scripts, and any other attempt to manipulate the leaderboard are prohibited. The Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, discount referral activity, disqualify a participant, remove a participant from the leaderboard, or revoke a prize for actual or suspected fraud or abuse.

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including in the middle of a period, without notice and without any obligation to award a prize or provide compensation.

By participating, you agree that your account display name and leaderboard position may be shown publicly on the series’ Top Fans leaderboard and past-winners list, to all visitors, including visitors who are not signed in.

When a referral link is visited, Moar Nation records information about the visit, which may include IP address and browser user agent, in order to count referrals and detect abuse. This information is handled in accordance with the Moar Nation Privacy Policy.

By participating, you release the Sponsor, the applicable series creator, and their respective affiliates from any claim or liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or the award, receipt, use, or loss of a prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This Section is in addition to, and does not limit, the disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Moar Nation Terms of Service.

The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, Meta, WhatsApp, or any other third-party platform through which a referral link may be shared.

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions of the Moar Nation Terms of Service. The contracting entity is ZikVid, Inc.
